The pouches work well in conjunction with any chamber machine, creating a secure vacuum and a tight seal and making it a great asset for Sous Vide cooking. The VacMaster Vacuum Chamber Pouches are high quality and incredibly affordable! *Please note-these bags are only compatible with chamber vacuum sealers. Also, boiling time is a maximum of 20 minutes, however these bags are suitable for Sous Vide cooking (temps <= 180F).
