When I first ordered this product (chisel set), it arrived with no packaging. I was beat to crap. At least, the box for storing the tools was beat to crap. I left in the bag USPS put it in, and sent it back, requesting a replacement. Several days later, the replacement arrived, and it had packaging. However, after a few days where I only used the gouges, I noticed that once again the wooden box was split apart at the base, and could absolutely not hold the tools. Are the tools bad? I don't know yet. As I mentioned, I have only used the gouges on a blank. One of them already seems dull, but maybe that is my fault. However, the fact that one part of the set (the box) is a piece of S makes me suspicious of the whole set. Had I noticed this upon receipt, I would have returned it again, and …

Everything is worth using these tools. It came sharp and ready!

Grate fill while using them. Look good and clean up nicely. good size for turning on medium to small projects

These are a nice upgrade from the tools I bought with my lathe three years ago. For the price I would say they are worth every penny and I would absolutely buy them again.

This is a nice starter set, it works well, although I did have to resharpen the spindle gouge as it was ground to the wrong angle, the other tools were fine.

This set is great, i am a new to turning wood and got cheap set for 25$..after 1 use i could tell they were crap..i then bought these...the first impression opening the box and seeing them has a great wow factor! the chisels themselves are awesome and sharp!

Overall a good product at a good price. They work well and seem sharp enough out of the box.Only complaint is that the finish on the handles is sloppy, drip lines of stain on every handle.

I am new to wood turning and I wanted to have good tools to use with my lathe. I am really impressed with these tools and the wooden box they come in. The handles on the tools are really nice and the cutting edges are super sharp. There are lots of cheap sets in the marketplace and by reading Amazon reviews of them, I concluded they are just a waste of money. These, on the other hand, are beautiful tools and I am really happy with them. My husband, who has had experience with Woodturning in the past was really impressed!
