It's so funny how every day things are such a fun toy for kiddos, and this is no exception.The highlights:-it's a little nostalgic with a cord phone and buttons-the "coins" are very thick and great for little hands figuring out dexterity-the buttons are large and easy to press-the different tunes buttons are a nice little add-it has very engaging sounds for kids- the phone cord is easy to connect and disconnectThe negatives:-it is not sturdy on the base with little hands pulling at it. We had more fun just laying the phone box on the ground and discarding the base-the phone's cord is super short. You can't be "on the phone" with the cord plugged in-the phone easily becomes disconnectedAlso a tiny note is that the box had misspellings on it. Not a big deal since the toy was spelled fine …

This is such a fun toy. Very interactive. There are 3 settings, animals sounds, numbers, and songs. They are each associated with the numbers on the keypad. The microphone can be heard clearly at the recommended distance limit of about 15 ft. It has 2 different volume settings. I did need to have it on the loudest in order to hear well, but it was still clear and easy to hear. And very fun to see my Grandson experience his first walkie talkie type moment. The pieces snap together easily and have small edges to snap and “hook” them in. The cord to the phone comes off with minimal tugging, which seems appropriate for a 6 inch cord. It’s mainly just to attach them together while not being played with. The buttons are easy to push and the knob to change the sound options moves pretty smoothly

This is a really cute take on a toddler telephone toy. This was one of those I was expecting my daughter to play for a few hours before getting bored, but man was I wrong! She absolutely LOVES this thing!I figured it would be similar to those sound and music toys for toddlers where you press buttons, but really what sets it apart is the audio playback and phone features.
