Nice harness but the xlarge still was too small for our Doberman even though the dimensions were measured properly. Had to send back.

This halter being step-in makes getting ready for a walk so much easier. My dog is 120 pounds and we had to tighten the extra large up almost all the way which was surprising. It could fit a much bigger dog. It seems to be comfortable on him and reduces the pulling at least slightly compared to our last halter. The only negative thing I would have to say is that if the dog starts pulling backwards it is very easy for them to slip out of this halter. We noticed it pretty quick though and didn't have any incidents. Would definitely recommend this harness as long as you know that.

I like this! My Malinois likes this! We tried several and most came too close to her elbows. This leaves plenty of room, so she is less likely to chew at it. The leash is just one layer thick. I wish it was double (easier on my hands...my dog is still young!) I also bought the collar to hold her tags and the cowbell (yes cowbell, that way I know exactly where she is!) The harness is a bit of a job fitting it just right, but worth the effort. I bought the Red. So far I am not seeing the "reflectiveness" of the stitching as we do not go out much after dark. But it is well made. My dog is now a year and a half old...is chewing less and less. But I do think the placement and the quality will deter her (as well as maturity.) Up until this weekend I would have rated this harness as 5 stars, but the main buckle broke on a walk and this makes the harness largely useless since that is the primary way that the harness is held on. This makes me very concerned with the quality of the other plastic parts of the harness so that was very disappointing.Aside from that though, the harness worked very well and it was very easy to put on my very excitable lab. She is always very hyper when we go for walks and this single buckle design works great once it's properly sized. While we were out she seemed to be very comfortable wearing it and it never got in the way of her running around or doing any of the usual things that she enjoys when we go to the dog park. I have a 110 lb lab that has a wide girth, huge neck and is built solid and it's very hard to find collars or harnesses that fit him. Not only does this harness fit but it has room to spare. Most importantly though, it's very well made and I think will last a long time. I like the 'latch' feature that locks after securing the clip that closes the harness. I also like the fact that the clip has no pressure on it in that the portion where you secure the leash to extends from the clip and has double loops to attach to as opposed to just a single loop. In case this makes a difference for anyone, the color is more a deeper red, like a maroon. I haven't had the dog out at night yet to see how well the reflective stitching works. I would definitely recommend this product!

I have a pit bull, she's strong and gets excited if she sees animals such as squirrels, etc. This harness is durable and she will not be able to snap the harness. Also, the color brown will not get dirty as fast. This harness is flexible in that it adjusted well to her body size and I have adjusted it to fit her perfectly. The only hard part of this harness is getting her to step into the two sides of it. I'll have to figure out a trick for that, but this Rogz harness is good.

This type of harness was just what I was looking for at a very good price. As I mentioned it was a little confusing at first to correctly put it on my dogs.. I have not had much experience with harnesses since I have always used the standard collars and leashes. Once the wifey and I figured it out though these harnesses are great and just what we were looking for. We have our female Cricket Lab/Shepherd mix that weights about 75 pounds and our male Rhodesian Ridgeback Trey that weights about 125 pounds. They are active dogs that strained themselves because of their high energy when walked even though they are good listeners and pretty obedient. My beagle/lab mix is in between sizes and the old harness I had for her was a bit too tight. I needed an adjustable harness that would allow me to adjust it as much or as little as needed. I ordered a large, knowing it would be too big for her but I was hoping it was as adjustable as it appeared. Luckily, the buckles on the harness allowed me to adjust the harness a great deal and though a little loose, the design of the harness doesn't allow her to slip through. She is comfortable and it's easy for me to slip on to her. I've had this more than a couple months so I can say that it's holding up well through constant wear. The only time I take it off of her is when she is bathed, otherwise she wears it constantly and it looks exactly as it did the day I removed it from the box. The …
